Self Womb Massage
Self-womb massage is a gentle way to deepen your connection, no matter your season of life. Whether you have a bleed, postpartum, transitioning through or post-menopause, it offers a beautiful way to honour your creative center and amplify your inner light.
A Simple Self-Womb Massage Flow:
Find a comfortable position, either lying down or standing.
Drop a few drops of your favourite nourishing oil onto your fingers or directly onto your womb space.
Starting from one hip, stroke inward toward the center just above the pelvic bone, repeating 3-5 times.
Move to the center above the pelvic bone and stroke upward toward your belly button 3-5 times.
Repeat on the opposite hip.
Close your eyes, place your hands on your womb, and imagine sending healing light through your palms. Breathe deeply and continue for a few more cycles.
I invite you to give this practice a go as a way to honour your light and creative power.
Note: If you’re pregnant, don’t try this flow. Instead, find yourself in a comfy position and gently rub your belly with nourishing oil, spending time connecting with your baby.
